What a Beautiful Day!

Hello everyone!  I have a few days off so  that means I get to play - play - play with my Copics and other paper crafts! The weather is getting cooler and it feels like fall is at our doorstep.  This time of year reminds me of  hot cider, pumpkin pie and celebrations with family and good friends.

This is a card I made for a special anniversary.  I love playing with beads and thought I would try putting them on a card.  I used my Scor-Pal to score the pattern and sewed the beads for embellishment.  The heart was from the gypsy machine.  I just love pink, gray and black together.

I really love the stamps from Gina K. Those who know and love me know that I  "live" on her website and that she is one of my  favorite vendors.  I particularly enjoy using those by Theresa Momber, a designer for Gina K.  The following is a card using one of Theresa's stamp sets - "It's a Good  Life".   You can see some of the beautiful work that Teresa does at:  http://craftingtheweb.blogspot.com/
.......see what I mean? :)

This time of year is filled with projects.  I am still busy making Halloween and Thanksgiving treats for this year but I thought I would post a picture of the treat baskets I made for my co-workers last year.

That's all I have for tonight.... it is getting late for this ole girl~~~  I have a fun day scheduled tomorrow with my good friends, Kathleen, Barbara and Melanie.  You know what that means... there will be more projects to look at ~  so  come back and take a peek!   Thank you for taking the time to stop by and look at my work!
